Client was charged with aiding and abetting felony theft when she was accused of helping a passenger in her vehicle steal over $2000 worth of items from Walmart by hiding those items in suitcases and going through the self-check out. Mr. Peterson showed at trial that while in the store his client never had any contact with the passenger and that the passenger acted alone at all times. The client was found not guilty.
