Client was accused of having contact with his estranged girlfriend in violation of a domestic abuse no contact order. Mr. Peterson argued to the prosecutor that the client was at the girlfriend’s house to pick up the last of his belongings when the girlfriend showed up unexpectedly and tried to confront him. The prosecutor agreed that the client should not face charges in those circumstances and dismissed all charges.
