Dismissal of charges: State v. C.S.

Client was charged with 3rd degree felony burglary for allegedly breaking into a camper and stealing items within.  Through DNA and fingerprint evidence Mr. Peterson was able to show that his client was never in the trailer.  Charges were dismissed.
